Shipping policy

Black Sun Studios creates every piece in-house. Most items are made to order, so please allow 3–7 working days for us to print, build and finish your item before dispatch.

UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent using a reliable tracked service. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using a tracked service. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days, depending on destination. Any customs duties or import fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order & Tracking Updates
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
