Black Sun Studios creates every piece in-house. Most items are made to order, so please allow 3–7 working days for us to print, build, hand-finish, and carefully package your order before dispatch.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.

All UK orders are sent using a fully tracked, reliable delivery service. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted tracked delivery services.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using a tracked service. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days, depending on destination. Any customs duties or import fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order & Tracking Updates
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
